All vessels that intend to dock overnight at the Safe Harbor Peninsula Yacht Club must carry a Protection and Indemnity policy of insurance with limits not less than $500,000 and a deductible of not more than $10,000 per occurrence, naming SHMN Holdco and its affiliates and subsidiaries as additional insureds. Vessels that do not comply with this requirement will be permitted to participate in the racing but will not be permitted to dock overnight prior to or following the racing conclusion.
