How do I subscribe?
Choose Crew Chief or Race Program, create your team, and complete secure checkout with Stripe. Your paid access is attached to that organization; the free workspace never requires a card.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Crew Chief and Race Program include a 30-day money-back guarantee once per organization. If Laylines does not fit your race program in the first month, request the refund through the billing portal.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period, so paid access stays active until that date. Owners can manage cancellation from the billing portal.
What happens to my boats, crew, and events after cancellation?
Downgrades never delete boat, crew, or event data. Free plan limits apply after paid access ends, and boats above the current limit become read-only until the team re-upgrades or reduces its boat count under the limit.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are listed in USD before tax. Stripe collects billing details at checkout and may add tax in supported jurisdictions based on the billing location.
Can I have multiple organizations?
Yes, but billing and plan limits are organization-scoped. Each team, club, or fleet workspace carries its own plan; contact sales for a multi-organization or fleet rollout.
