All competitor boats will be launched and moored or tied to another boat or dock in the very protected Rockport Harbor during the entire regatta. Experienced crane operators will be on hand. No dry sailing. No exceptions. Trailers will be towed and stored at Fleet 11 owners' yards after launching unless accommodation has space for parking.
