Entry fees paid prior to 1700 April 20, 2027 - $400.00 (tax included) Entry fees paid after 1700 April 20, 2027, but before May 13, 2027 - $500.00 (Tax included) Deadline for entries is 1700, May 13, 2027. Entries after 1700, May 13, 2027, will be accepted solely at the discretion of the Organizing Authority with an explanation of why and will pay an additional (non-refundable) late fee of $50.00. Entry Fee includes two tickets to the Sunday After-Race Party Boats that entered and withdraw in writing prior to, May 13, 2027, will receive a refund of the entry fee less an administrative fee of $25.00.

Travel and logistics
Boats, docks and trailers
SPYC docks
Dockage reservations made via Yacht Scoring or with the SPYC Dock Master; must be arranged no later than May 13, 2027. Each boat's skipper is responsible for procuring their own dockage.
SPYC parking
Parking in the SPYC garage is prohibited for non-members; parking is available in the city parking lot south of the club.
Pensacola Yacht Club docks
Dockage available for competitors following the race; reservations must be made no later than Saturday, May 19, 2027. Each boat's skipper is responsible for procuring their own dockage.
PYC slips and parking
Slips and parking available on a first-come basis for participants; reservations for slips are required, with information shared upon registration.
